Мiоdrаg Маtić, 85, passed away in in Chicago on Friday, May 26, 2017. Born on August 30, 1931 in Vreoce near Lazarevac in Serbia to Živоta and Zоrka Маtić.

Loving father of Zorica (Nеbојša), proud grandfather  of Bojan (Emily), Nemanja (Karen) and Natalija, fond brother of Milenko (Pava). Miodrag will be sorely missed by other family members, kumovi and friends in the Fatherland, the USA and world-wide.

Visitation Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at SVETA GORA SERBIAN ORTHODOX FUNERAL HOME, 3517 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60641.

Pomen (Wake Service) 7 p.m. at SVETA GORA.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service), Wednesday, May 30, 2017  - 11 a.m. at the New Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046.

Internment New Gracanica Cemetery.
